Hardwood Flooring Manufacturing Supervisor

About the Role: As our Hardwood Flooring Manufacturing Supervisor (1st Shift), you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating our production team. You will ensure efficient operations, maintain the highest quality standards, and foster a safe and positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality control
protocols, and safety regulations
- Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and develop employees to their full potential.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations.
- Uphold a strong safety culture, enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular training sessions.
- Leverage state-of-the-art UV curable coating technology to optimize production processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a hardwood flooring manufacturing environment (or similar) preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including production software
- Strong understanding of safety principles and practices in a manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of UV curable coating technology a plus.
Salary: $45K - $65K depending on experience
Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday
