Job Description
Debbie's Staffing is looking for a 2nd Shift Packer/Picker for our client located in Belton, MO.
Hours: 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Monday-Thursday
Pay rate: $16.50/hr + $1.50 incentive total $18.00 Weekly Pay!

Job Description Summary
Packers are responsible for packing products in a timely manner on the assembly lines.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same.
- Packing small components into small container
- Picking products according to the list of items from inventory
- Check product to ensure it is damage free
- Seal and label each container
- Stacking and organizing
- Willing to learn and have excellent work ethic.
- Use handheld scanner and equipment for warehouse management
- Maintains condition of warehouse work area (I.e., free of trash, product in correct location, etc.)
SKILLS
- Able to handle large volumes of work
- Ability to work independently, requiring little supervisory direction
ABILITIES
- Able to stand or walk constantly, 100% of shift
- Able to bend, lift, push and pull materials throughout shift
- Self-motivated
- Maintains neat/organized work area
All associates must be able to be at work on time for all scheduled shifts, be dependable, have positive attitude and be trainable.
