Job Summary: Are you passionate about precision and craftsmanship? We're seeking a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Assembler to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling printed circuit boards and electro-mechanical units using specific work instructions, procedures, and various hand and air tools.

Responsibilities:

• Insert applicable components into printed circuit boards in a through-hole fashion
• Assemble completed electro-mechanical units utilizing sub-assemblies and miscellaneous parts
• Conduct electrical function tests at both the printed circuit board and final assembly levels
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ months of production work experience within a manufacturing industry
• Electro-mechanical aptitude is desirable
• Strong knowledge of Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) is a plus
• Ability to work cross-functionally with individuals and teams
• Commitment to continuous process improvement
• High school diploma/GED

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 26 lbs.
• Required to stand 8 to 10 hours a day depending on shift
