Position: Food Manufacturing Operations Supervisor
Location: Lincoln, RI
Pay Rate: $20 to $22 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: 4:30pm-3am. Mon-Thurs, 4-10 hr shifts.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Supervisor for the night shift in a fast-paced food processing environment. In this role, you will oversee a team of 8 operators, ensuring efficient production while adhering to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in food manufacturing and machinery operation, as well as a strong understanding of food industry regulations. The position operates from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 8 operators, ensuring production goals are met.
- Monitor production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of work areas and equipment in compliance with CGMP and FDA regulations.
- Fabricate products to meet specifications and maintain high-quality standards.
- Perform routine machinery maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and ensure a safe, organized workspace.
Skills & Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the food industry.
- Knowledge of food processing practices and FDA/CGMP guidelines.
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and industrial equipment safely.
- Strong math skills for accurate ingredient measurements and production metrics.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and attention to detail.
