Debbie’s Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Electrical Specialist for our client in Winston-Salem, NC.
- Shift: 3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday (including any mandatory hours)
- Hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Pay Rate: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on skills and experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled electrician with strong troubleshooting and maintenance experience in an industrial setting.

- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on electrical and electro-mechanical systems, including motors, control panels, and industrial wiring.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on conveyor systems, warehouse equipment, and electrical components to ensure operational efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair PLCs, sensors, switches, relays, and motor controllers to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for troubleshooting and system improvements.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
- Provide on-call support for emergency electrical failures and assist with equipment installations or upgrades.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in electrical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting control systems (PLCs, sensors, relays, and motor controls).
- Knowledge of industrial pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems is preferred.
- Flexibility to work on-call for system failures and urgent repairs
- Must be able to lift up to 50lb. Must pass all new hiring screenings.
