Job Description
Debbie's Staffing is now recruiting for the following position.
ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT MANAGER
Oversee front desk operations, providing excellent customer service to visitors and clients.
Maintain accurate records using Reynolds and Reynolds for financial transactions and reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a positive work environment.
Organize office supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships for procurement needs.
Service and Pmts oversee correct account usage.
Inventory data input. (New and used)
Product payment and cancellations
Rental (In House) Taxes (Rental, Sales and Use, Tire)
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role. (Prefer two years' experience)
Strong skills in calendar management and schedule coordination.
Proficient in dealership accounting software is an advantage. (Reynolds and Reynolds, Dealertrack)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
