Job Description
Debbie's Staffing is seeking an Admin/Receptionist in Greensboro, NC.
This is a Temp-to-Hire position
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.
Pay: $15.00 per hour- Weekly pay!
JOB SUMMARY:
- Act as a point of contact for patients. Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
- Answering, screen and make calls to clients.
- Responding to emails. Filing, document preparation. Preparing office for daily appointments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Law firm experience
- Strong typing skills (45+wpm)
- Exceptional communication/customer service experience and a willingness to learn.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office, strong organizational and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable.
- A vibrant personality and the ability to build a rapport with clients.
- Winning attitude, respectful of others and a team player
