Debbie's Staffing is looking for an Assembler Technician for our client located in Winston Salem, NC.
Hours: 8:30pm - 5:00pm Monday – Friday (overtime if requested by client).
Pay rate: $20.00 per hour, Temp to hire! Weekly Pay! Direct Deposit!

Job Summary
Assembly of circuit boards, mechanical assembly, and operation of production machinery. Technicians must perform work safely and efficiently to produce consistent, high-quality products. In addition to assembly, technicians are also expected to assist with shipping as required.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor
- Assemble circuit boards
- Apply solder by stencil
- Operate SMD machinery
- Operate reflow oven
- Hand-solder through hole components
- Inspect product for defects throughout the assembly process
- Operate CNC router
- Use various hand tools to complete assembly
- Function test completed products
- Prepare product for shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Any other duties as directed.
- Warehouse experience required.
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand/walk a minimum of 8-10 hours daily.
- Must be team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Must be able to manipulate small items.
- Must be able to work in a non-climate control facility.
- Must pass all screenings.
