Pay Rate: $75,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.

Our client is seeking a highly skilled attorney to manage high-stakes cases, provide exceptional client representation, and contribute to the firm’s success. Located in Winston-Salem, NC, this role offers a chance to grow, collaborate, and take on exciting, impactful work. Occasional travel to Memphis, Tennessee for client meetings and court appearances will also be part of the role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of collections and bankruptcy matters from initiation to resolution.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.
- Draft and file key legal documents, including complaints, motions, and bankruptcy petitions.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings with precision.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on evolving bankruptcy laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Travel to Memphis, Tennessee as necessary for client meetings and court appearances.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar in good standing.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in collections and bankruptcy law.
- Expertise in bankruptcy laws, procedural intricacies, and litigation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload autonomously, handling complex legal matters with confidence.
- A willingness to travel occasionally to Memphis, Tennessee.
