Debbie’s Staffing is now recruiting a Compensation Manager to work for our client.
  
Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience and educational background) 

Schedule: Standard business hours with occasional flexibility as needed to meet business requirements

Certification: CCP Certification Preferred 
 
Job Summary: The Compensation Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of competitive compensation programs that align with our organization’s culture and strategic goals. This role involves strong multi-departmental collaboration to design and manage compensation programs that attract, retain, and reward top talent across the organization. 
 
Responsibilities:  
  • Lead the development and execution of the compensation strategy, including competitive base pay and incentive pay (bonuses, commissions) programs.   
  • Continuous review of market compensation trends and ensure our offerings remain competitive.  
  • Manage and refine the annual merit and compensation review processes to ensure fairness and alignment with company objectives.  
  • Oversee compensation programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. 
  • Provide guidance to business leaders on the total compensation package and its value to employees.  
  • Work with senior leadership, HR, and business units to align compensation programs with company goals.  
  • Support executive compensation decisions during recruitment and offer processes.  
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of compensation programs using data-driven insights.  
  • Oversee Payroll, including bi-weekly, monthly, and bonus payments.
Position Requirements:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s Degree a plus).  
  • 5-7 years of experience in total rewards management, with a focus on compensation strategy.  
  • Proven success in developing and implementing competitive compensation programs.  
  • CCP certification preferred; HR/Total Rewards/Compensation certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR, CEBS) a plus.  
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, variable pay plans, and compensation benefits offerings.  
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.   
  • Proficiency in HR technology and data analysis tools
