SHIFT: 7:00am-3:45pm Monday-Friday

PAY RATE: $14-$16 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):

• Responsible for setting up and running high-quality products 
• Responsible for achieving run speed standards, productivity efficiencies, and more importantly, achieving customer requirements and quality standards
• Monitors the product for quality while minimizing waste
• Diagnoses problems, makes adjustments, and troubleshoots as needed
• Works with other members of the team to complete orders in an accurate and efficient manner that supports operational excellence
• Observes established safe working and housekeeping procedures and follows all standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be computer savvy and able to navigate files from within multiple folders
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail oriented, proactive and able to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision
