Job Description
Debbie's Staffing is now recruiting a Dispatcher to work for our client in Statesville, NC!
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM- Temporary
Location: Statesville, NC
Job Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced Dispatcher for a temporary role in Statesville, NC. The ideal candidate will have prior experience using ServiceTitan, a comprehensive field service management system. This position involves coordinating and dispatching service technicians to various job sites, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication between customers and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians to appropriate locations based on customer requests, service needs, or immediate needs.
- Utilize ServiceTitan to manage scheduling, job assignments, and track technician locations.
- Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from work crews, supervisors, and field inspectors.
- Monitor personnel and/or equipment locations and availability.
- Maintain records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information.
- Prepare daily work schedules and adjust as necessary to accommodate changing priorities.
- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
- Enter data into a computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information.
Position Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dispatcher, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Proficiency in using ServiceTitan software is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with scheduling and dispatching procedures.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a dispatcher or in customer service will be a plus.

- Ability to adapt to changing schedules or priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
