Debbie's Staffing has a fantastic Temp-to-Hire Opportunity with our client in
Pilot Mountain, NC!
This General Laborer position is a 1st Shift position that works a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00am – 4:00pm.
Starting pay is $12.00/hour, depending on experience. Weekly pay! Direct Deposit!
Job Summary
The General Laborer position will work with machines to load, unload, wind, spool, and other various tasks
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Follow all established safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and support groups
• Provide timely and accurate administrative paperwork/tickets
• Maximize productivity with minimal scrap
• Accurately set up and operate machines to produce quality products for shipment.
• Read and confirm in a timely manner: JSA, work instructions, and quality documents
• Participate in and be a resource to teams
• Follow all departmental guidelines
• Company may revise and/or add duties as needed
• Perform related duties as assigned by the Supervisor
