Job Description
Debbie’s Staffing is recruiting for an HVAC Technician for our client located in Winston Salem who specializes in air conditioner repair and replacement. The company is willing to train for the right candidate. This is a Direct Hire opportunity.
Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:45AM – 5:00PM) or until work is completed
Pay: $20.00/hr - $30.00/hr (DOE)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Comply with all applicable standards, policies, or procedures, such as safety procedures and ensuring the maintenance of a clean work environment.
- Study specifications, or manufacturers’ recommendations to ascertain the configuration of heating or cooling equipment.
- Ensure proper installation of components.
- Test systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications to detect and locate malfunctions.
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s license with good driving record.
- 3 years Residential and/or Light Commercial experience preferred.
- Candidates should have their own hand tools.
