Job Description

Debbie’s Staffing is recruiting for Heavy Lifters/Material Handlers for our client located in Charlotte, NC!
 
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
 
Pay: $19.00/hr.  Weekly Pay!  Temp to Hire!
 
Essential Functions:
 
  • Moving palletized material and loading trucks using pallet jacks.
  • Hand stacking lumber and/or steel.
  • Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
  • Other duties as assigned
Successful Candidate Qualifications:
 
  • Must have prior pallet jack experience.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, with majority of shift being outdoors.
  • Must have good reading, writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow directions and work well individually and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods, working on feet, and performing repetitive actions that entrail frequent bending, stooping and lifting.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Steel Toe shoes and jeans are required.
