Job Description
Debbie's Staffing is looking for a 1st Shift Quality Auditor for our client in Rural Hall, NC.
Hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm Monday - Friday (Must be able to work overtime as requested.)
Pay rate: $17.50 per hour, Weekly Pay!

Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring that all inbound, outbound, and in-process materials meet company and customer quality standards. This role supports the overall quality assurance program by performing audits, inspections, and documentation of warehouse activities to identify and address any non-conformities.
Position Responsibilities:
- Must be able to lift 50lbs during tasks the entire shift.
- Perform regular audits on incoming and outgoing shipments to verify accuracy, proper labeling, and compliance with customer specifications.
- Conduct inspections of packaging, labeling, documentation, and product condition.
- Document audit findings and report quality issues to supervisors and appropriate departments.
- Work closely with warehouse personnel and supervisors to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operating procedures.
- Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of audits and inspections.
- Provide training or guidance to warehouse staff on quality expectations and procedures when necessary.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle audits as required.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass all new hire screenings.
- Must be able to lift walk/stand the entire shift.
- Steel toe shoes are required
- Strong computer skill set (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience within a fast-paced production environment.
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude with a demonstrated ability to motivate and train line personnel.
- Instructions/Standard Operating Procedures.
- Must maintain an exceptional attendance record.
- Willingness to work all production shifts and overtime as required.
- Must be ok working in a non-climate control facility.
