Debbie’s Staffing is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Electrician in Reidsville, NC!!
This is a Direct Hire position!!
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and 4pm-12am Must be flexible to work 3rd shift as well (Possibly one weekend per month)
Pay: $87,000 a year salary!!
Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in a manufacturing or industrial facility. This role requires strong technical skills, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently to minimize production downtime.
Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, motors, and equipment in accordance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Install and upgrade electrical panels, wiring, conduit, lighting, and control systems (PLCs, VFDs, sensors, etc.)
- Monitor spare parts inventory
- Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner; communicate daily work performed.
- Preventative maintenance procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; education in electrical technology preferred.
- 5 or more years’ experience related to repair of industrial, electrical, and mechanical systems required.
- Experience working with precision tools.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, carry up to 50 lbs. receptively.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel frequently.
- Good verbal and writing skills.
