IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR MIG WELDERS!!!!!
 
MIG welding (Level 2) in a manufacturing setting with speed (production environment). You must be able to stand on your feet for 8 to 10 hours. Willing to work in hot or cold environments. Work as a team or individually. Must be mechanically inclined and be familiar with hand & power tools. Must be able to lift 65lbs. up to 10 hours a day.
Welding certification is not required for this position, if you have welding experience (classroom welding experience - or - on the job welding experience), you will learn the rest on the job. 
Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time. We are located on the Reserve-A-Ride route in Danville, VA if needed. 
Must have good attendance and performance and be willing to flex to other departments as needed. Attendance guidelines will be strictly enforced. Must be able to pass background requirements.

Willing and available to work first shift hours (5AM – 3:30 PM) with four to five 10 hour shifts depending on production/overtime needs. 
Must be willing and available to work MANDATORY OVERTIME as needed.
Job Type – Temp to hire
Pay: $17.00 per hour 
 
MUST HAVE WELDING EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING. Associates without welding experience will not be considered for this position.
