Job Description
Debbie’s Staffing is seeking skilled and motivated Machine Operators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating multiple finish lines. You will be responsible for applying high-quality finishes to a variety of wood products, including hardwood flooring, moldings, cabinet parts, and casework.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the Finish Line
- Prepare and mix coating materials according to specifications
- Apply coatings to products using HVLP spray guns and/or UV Roll Coaters
- Adjust machine settings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Assist with other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating spray equipment, preferably with HVLP spray guns
- Experience with water and solvent based stains
- Knowledge of color mixing
- Knowledge of rebuilding pumps and spray guns
- Some knowledge of Automatic panel reciprocating spraying machines is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Payrate: $18 - $25 an hour. Depending on experience
Schedule: 7:30am – 4:00pm
