Job Description
Debbie's Staffing is currently recruiting Material Handlers for our client in Rock Hill, SC!
This opportunity is Full-Time and Temp to Hire!
SHIFT: 6:30am-2:30/3pm Monday-Friday & some weekends are required based on business needs.
PAY RATE: $14.50 / Weekly Pay!
Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):
- Manually or by hand truck move materials, supplies & finished goods to designated places in the facility or onto trucks.
- Stacks skids or pallets in designated areas.
- Transport materials as directed throughout the facility.
- Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing and other misc. tasks as needed.
- Provides cleaning services as necessary including sweeping floors, removal of trash etc.
- Prepare pallets and product bundles for shipment based on company standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Identify any safety concerns or hazards and report them.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Reliable, motivated, positive attitude, punctual, respectful.
- Must work well with others & be a team player.
- Must be able to understand and comply with company and safety rules/policies.
- Lift or pull up to 50lbs with no restrictions.
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.
- Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
- Must have reliable transportation.
