Job Description
Debbie’s Staffing is recruiting for a Medical Receptionist for our client located in Mooresville, NC!
Schedule: Approx. 30-31 hours per week. Monday-Friday. Tuesday’s 8am-6pm. The other days will vary but will typically start between 8am-9am.
Pay: $12 per hour. Temp to hire!
Daily Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a presence in the front office.
- Greeting all clients and visitors.
- Answering the phone.
- Answering questions.
- Data Entry and filing.
- Other duties as assigned.
Successful Candidate Qualifications:
- Must be computer savvy.
- Must be very detail oriented.
- Strong, professional and courteous email & phone etiquette.
- Communicates effectively and displays a professional manner when dealing with supervisors, co workers, and individuals inside & outside the organization.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
- Must have high school diploma or GED
