Debbie’s Staffing is currently seeking a skilled Photography Administrator to join our esteemed client's team in Winston-Salem, NC.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with flexibility as required) 

Pay Rate: $22-28 per hour (Temporary, 3–4-month assignment depending on client’s needs)
 
Job Summary:  The Photography Administrator plays a crucial role in the efficient management of digital assets within the photography team. This position involves meticulous curation of metadata, supervision of digital content organization, and providing invaluable support to Photography Managers and creative teams. The Photography Administrator ensures strict adherence to industry standards, fosters seamless communication across departments, and actively contributes to enhancing workflow processes. The ideal candidate exhibits keen attention to detail, impeccable organizational skills, and proficiency in digital asset management systems and software. Responsibilities:  
  • Curate and meticulously manage metadata forms for all digital content produced by the photography team.
  • Oversee adherence to metadata and taxonomy standards within the digital asset management system.
  • Ensure systematic organization and upkeep of the digital asset library, conducting periodic audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of photoshoot preparation, including scheduling, equipment setup, and sample preparation.
  • Serve as a liaison between the photography team and various departments, ensuring effective communication of project statuses and requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal creative teams and external vendors to optimize workflow processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Provide comprehensive support to Photography Managers by executing administrative tasks such as data input into Shot Flow systems and coordination with other departments.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital asset management and photography workflows through diligent research.
  • Offer troubleshooting expertise for technical issues related to digital content management systems and deliver requisite training to team members as necessary.
  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of process enhancements to augment productivity and elevate the quality of deliverables. 
Position Requirements:  
  • AA degree or a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar function is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Mac/OS platform and Adobe Creative Suites software solutions (Photoshop and Acrobat Pro) is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel, is required.
  • Familiarity with DAM systems and metadata inputs is preferred.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills are indispensable.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a solution-focused mindset are imperative.
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently and efficiently, with a proactive approach towards implementing process improvements when warranted.
