Debbie’s Staffing is recruiting for a Plumbing Foreman for our client located in Elon, NC.   These positions are Direct Hires and job location is inside a Fabrication Shop.

Pay Rate: $26-$28/hr depending on experience

Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Essential Functions:

• Coordinates and monitors activities of fabrication shop employees.
• Evaluate specifications to plan procedures, start and completion times, and staffing needs for each phase of fabrication.
• Prepare and review reports on project progress, materials used and costs, and adjust work schedules based on reporting.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining prefab schedule and update engineering and field assist teams.
• Assist with preparing fabrication shop work priorities daily.
• Responsible for the quality control process pertaining to work orders in process.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 5 years of pipefitting and welding experience
• Previous foreman or supervisor experience preferred.
• Should be proficient at assembling butt weld and socket weld carbon steel systems including tack welding.
• Skills regarding cleaning and flushing of hydronic systems are a plus.
• Comfortable with electronic spook books and blueprints.
