Job Description
Debbie’s Staffing is recruiting for a part time Qualified Professional for our client located in Lumberton, NC!
As a Qualified Professional (QP), you will perform various tasks on a daily basis. You should be able to multitask and prioritize. You are expected to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Schedule: Part time. Approximately 20 hours per week.
Pay: $20-$25 per hour. Potential for Temp to hire!
Daily Responsibilities:
- Complete and upload client Person Centered Plans (PCP) / Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCA) in to EMR system.
- Complete initial treatment plans.
- Review and approve peer support notes.
- Provider supervision to peer support specialists.
- Assist clients in articulating personal goals for recovery through use of one-on-one group sessions.
- Assist clients with their treatment team in determining the steps he/she needs to take to achieve their goals and self –directed recovery.
- Assist clients in building social skills in the community , and utilize tools such as the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) to assist clients in creating their own individual wellness and recovery plans.
- Use medical software to support all transactions.
- Ensure compliance with procedures.
- Maintain HIPPA compliance.
- Prepare reports and assist physician with various duties. Including vitals, urine collections as needed.
- Other duties as required.
Successful Candidate Qualifications:
- High school diploma of equivalent.
- 4 degree in a human services field.
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a healthcare / mental health office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Peer Support Certification with NCPSS.
