Debbie’s Staffing is now offering a great Direct Hire opportunities in Bennettsville, SC!
We have immediate openings for a 1st Shift Quality Engineering Technician
 
1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:00am- 4:00pm
                                    
Base Pay: $18.00- $23.00 an hour
 
Job Summary:
 
We are seeking applicants that work to ensure the overall quality of manufactured products. They test processes, monitor quality standards, create documentation, devise quality tests and define the criteria a test result should meet. Quality Engineers monitor the quality of a process and play a key role in fixing issues when they arise.
 
Job Responsibilities include:
  1. The QE Technician will be expected to be able to follow instructions and work without direct supervision.
  2.  Experience in cable assembly, and the ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics or the ability to learn such skills are essential to this position. 
  3. Compile data and prepare reports, complete product Audits/ Inspection.
  4. Establish the Root Cause analysis with follow-up. Identify opportunities for improvement. 
  5. Assist with training, CAR follow-up verification and collecting objective evidence. 
  6. Provide supervision and instruction to test lab technicians. 
  7. The QE Technician must be knowledgeable of all equipment used to repair systems, and a thorough knowledge of all practices in the electronics field. 
  8. This position requires someone with good attendance and is detail oriented.
Requirements: 
  1. Individual must be a quick learner, possesses good people skills
  2. This position requires someone with good attendance and who is detail oriented, and willing to work overtime.
  3. Experience with cable assembly
  4. Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics or the ability to learn such skills
  5. Must be knowledgeable of all equipment used to repair systems and have a thorough knowledge of all practices in the electronics field.
  • Expected to adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Meet criteria of a Background Check/Drug Test
