Job Description
Debbie's Staffing is currently recruiting for a Senior Bookkeeper for our client in Mooresville, NC!
This opportunity is temporary however has potential for temp to hire for the right candidate!
SHIFT: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
PAY RATE: $26-$33 per hour
Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):
- Full cycle accounting.
- AR/AP.
- Inventory Accounting.
- Data Entry/Excel Reporting.
- Collections.
- Invoicing.
- Respond to calls independently.
- Assist GM with Administrative Tasks.
- Prepare reports.
- Other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 4 year degree.
- At least 5 years’ financial experience.
- Previous AR experience is required.
- Previous inventory accounting experience is strongly preferred.
- Must have intermediate to advanced Excel.
- Able to think on your feet.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Must demonstrate stellar communication skills.
- Team player.
- Positive attitude.
- Exceptional attendance and work ethic.
