Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: TBD based on EAQ
Job Summary: Our client is actively seeking a visionary Senior Vice President, Marketing to lead strategic initiatives in brand positioning and communication. Reporting directly to the EVP/Chief Operations and Digital Officer, this pivotal role will collaborate with executive leadership to drive market and product strategies aligned with the Credit Union’s objectives, ensuring a unified brand presence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide adept oversight, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team.
- Conceptualize and execute strategic marketing programs to attract and retain members.
- Foster robust partnerships with community stakeholders, contributing to expansion efforts.
- Manage the annual marketing budget and develop a comprehensive strategic plan.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and demographic data to bolster the Credit Union’s competitive stance.
- Track and evaluate campaign outcomes and member satisfaction metrics.
- Ensure meticulous adherence to State and Federal regulations governing marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; master’s degree highly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of progressive leadership in marketing and advertising, spanning 8-10 years.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven success in crafting impactful marketing, branding, and advertising campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Sound knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Marketing Technology platforms.
- Willingness to participate in evening/weekend meetings and events, with occasional travel required.
