Job Description
Join the Debbie's Staffing Team! We are seeking a full-cycle recruiter with experience with a recruitment background in light industrial manufacturing/warehouse and clerical/administrative. Must be bilingual in Spanish.
Our recruiters play a key role in identifying the best candidates to meet client needs. We provide a consultative full-cycle recruiting approach to find top clients and candidates. You will serve both your own and our office clients by developing practical recruitment strategies. You will be actively sourcing talent to fill roles, conducting searches on job boards, and professional networking. Your role will be the main point of contact throughout the hiring process, communicating regularly with clients, actively sourcing, resume reviewing, interviewing, and finalizing offers.
Ideal Candidate:
- Team player who enjoys working in a fun collaborative culture.
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to meet clients’ needs.
- Minimum 2+ years full cycle recruiting (recruiting agency experience preferred) working with temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions.
- Minimum 1+ years of business development and client management.
- Experience using job boards, and other networking tools to actively source candidates.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a high volume of requisitions, candidates, and/or client management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interview and communicate with candidates and clients.
- Proven record of success in achieving and exceeding metrics and goals.
