Job Description
Debbie's Staffing is currently recruiting for a Wall Panel Assembly Associate for our client in Salisbury, NC!
This opportunity is a Temp to Hire Opportunity!
SHIFT: 7:00am-3:45pm Monday-Friday (some Saturday’s as needed).
PAY RATE: $16 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):
- Assists in the assembly operations.
- Gathers the necessary materials to support the assembly floor.
- Detects and reports defective materials.
- Correctly assembles product using power tools.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Other general warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have proficiency in reading a tape measure.
- Must be comfortable using power tools including a hand saw.
- Must be able to perform in a fast-paced, multi-task environment and maintain positive attitude and flexibility.
- Must demonstrate stellar communication skills.
- Must follow manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Exceptional attendance and work ethic.
- Construction experience is preferred.
