Debbie’s Staffing is recruiting for a Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor for our client located in Mooresville, NC!  This is a Temp to Hire Opportunity!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.   

Pay: $23/hour

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage a team of 3-5
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Must have experience working in shipping, receiving & production
• Ability to lift up to 50-70lbs with regularity
• Ensuring inventory is efficiently moved through locations in the business to enable the production process to continue efficiently
• Ensure inventory logs are consistent with physical counts.
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience in logistics, maintenance and setting up warehouse layouts
• Initiative to identify and overcome challenges
• Excellent supervisory skills with ability to coordinate and motivate staff
• Ability to effectively train others to learn new skills
• Strong communication skills
• Fast learner who is comfortable learning new systems and methods of working
• Excellent excel proficiency and reporting
• Forklift experience is required

Education: Bachelors Degree is preferred however High School Diploma w/ a trade, apprenticeship or continuing education classes are acceptable. Proof of Degree is required.
