Job Description
Debbie’s Staffing is now recruiting a 1st. Shift Quality Sorter for our client located in Attleboro, MA.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18+/hour (based on experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as Quality Sorters on the 1st shift. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, sorting, and ensuring the quality of products according to company standards. This is a great opportunity for candidates with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and sort products to ensure they meet quality specifications
- Identify and remove defective items from the production line
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings
- Communicate quality issues to supervisors and team leads
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality control or sorting role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Good communication and teamwork skills
