Job Summary: to prepare and maintain accounting records while performing a variety of accounting and administrative support functions. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and contract management and possess excellent organizational and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and balance active and inactive resident accounts. 
• Prepare end-of-month accounting ledgers and journal vouchers. 
• Generate rent statements for current and former residents. 
• Respond to rental reference requests by phone and email. 
• Explain rent statement changes to residents and property managers. 
• Prepare payment histories for agencies such as the IRS. 
• Establish and manage monthly payment installment agreements. 
• Manage and maintain contracts and related documentation. 
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial records. 
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
