2nd Shift High Reach/Cherry Picker Forklift Driver
Debbie's Staffing is looking for a 2nd Shift High Reach/Cherry Picker Forklift Driver for our client located in Kernersville, NC.
Hours: 3:30pm- 2:00am Monday-Thursday
Pay rate: $19.50 per hour, Weekly Pay! Temp-to-Hire Opportunity!

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment. Must have at least 6 months prior experience within the last year operating high reach trucks safely and efficiently while ensuring accuracy in order selection, inventory handling, and overall warehouse operations.
Job Description:
- Safely operate a high reach forklift to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Load and unload products from trailers, staging areas, and storage racks.
- Accurately pick and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners.
- Perform put-away of inbound freight into designated warehouse locations.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed, including palletizing, wrapping, or labeling products
- Ability to use RF scanners for order picking and inventory control.
- Maintaining the work site clean and organized
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have high reach forklift experience for this assignment.
- Excellent attendance
- Cannot be afraid of heights (Comfortable working at heights of 30–50 feet.)
- Frequently grab, lift, carry, stack, and/or move materials and products weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Occasionally climb up to two flights of 10-inch stairs.
- Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled facility
- Highly motivated
- Heavy lifting up to 50 LBS.
- Must be able to stand/walk up to 10+ hours a day
- Be able to work overtime and weekends
