Debbie’s Staffing is recruiting for an Electrical Technician in Reidsville, NC.
Schedule: Day Shift Hours
Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour
Job Summary
The Electrician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, equipment, and machinery. This role supports troubleshooting, system improvements, and overall operational efficiency while following all safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment
- Ensure all work meets safety codes and company standards
- Use tools such as power tools, testing equipment, and measuring devices
- Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues
- Support daily plant operations and maintenance needs
- Identify ways to improve equipment performance and efficiency
- Assist with planning and completing electrical projects
- Provide support and basic training to team members when needed
- Document equipment, processes, and repairs
- Work with team members to develop solutions and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Vocational or technical training in electrical work preferred
- 2–5 years of electrical experience
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Experience using tools such as multimeters and testing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
