Debbie’s Staffing is now recruiting for A Maintenance Technician for our client located in Danville, Va!
Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm 
Pay: $18.00 per hour. Temp to Hire
 
Job Summary: Assisting in maintenance duties of 106 apartments. 
 
  1. Job Description
Duties include, but are not limited to, daily trash removal, general maintenance repairs, cleaning, painting, turning over apartments, plumbing, minor electrical and HVAC maintenance repair. On-call responsibilities will be required.
 
Position Requirements:
  • Reliable, Hard Worker, Motivated, Positive Attitude, Punctual, Respectful.
  • Must work independently.
  • Must be flexible. 
  • Must have experience and skills in building maintenance.
  • Must have electrical and plumbing experience.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • HSD or GED required.
  • Ability to read and understand written order specifications.

  • Background Check/Drug Test
