3rd Shift Material Handler
Debbie's Staffing is looking for a 3rd Shift Material Handler for our client located in Winston Salem, NC.
Hours: TBD 10:00pm – 6:00am Monday-Friday (Weekends depending on production)
Pay rate: $17.50 per hour, Weekly Pay! Temp-to-hire!

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely movement of materials throughout the facility to support production operations. This role involves pulling and delivering parts based on work order pick lists, maintaining inventory accuracy, and following established processes and procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, a proactive problem solver, and a strong team player with effective communication skills. Forklift operation (sit-down and stand-up), pallet jack use, and general warehouse inventory experience are preferred.
Job Description:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Forklift, pallet jack, and general warehouse inventory experience preferred.
- Follow processes and procedures that ensure the accurate and timely transfer of all material in and out of inventory.
- Aids production by pulling parts/components listed on work order pick lists.
- Collects and delivers material to production in accordance with production schedule.
- Maintains inventory accuracy by verifying materials and reporting shortages.
- Ensure the accurate processing of all picklists.
- Ability to obtain a forklift license and operate both a sit-down and standup forklift.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent attendance
- Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled facility
- Ability to stand on concrete for the entire shift.
- Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and walk throughout the production floor.
- Capacity to lift and move products weighing 50–70 lbs.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay focused for long periods.
- Must be able to pass all new hire screenings
