Job Description
3rd Shift CNC Material Handler
Debbie's Staffing is looking for a 3rd Shift CNC Material Handler for our client located in Winston Salem, NC.
Hours: 10:00pm – 6:00am Monday-Friday (Weekends depending on production)
Pay rate: $18.50 per hour, Weekly Pay! Temp-to-hire!

JOB SUMMARY: The CNC Material Handler supports CNC production operations by staging, delivering, and removing materials and finished parts. This role ensures CNC machines and operators have the correct materials at the right time to maintain production flow. Forklift or powered industrial truck experience
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver raw materials, components, and tooling to CNC machines per production schedule
- Remove finished parts and transfer them to designated inspection, assembly, or storage areas
- Stage materials accurately using pick lists, work orders, or production travelers
- Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, or hoists
- Track material movement and maintain accurate inventory counts
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and material specifications
- Support CNC operators by ensuring machines remain supplied and areas stay organized
- Perform basic material inspections for damage or defects
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment (5S standards)
- Complete required documentation and follow safety procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent attendance
- Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled facility
- Ability to stand on concrete for the entire shift.
- Ability to lift (50–70 lbs.), bend, stoop, and walk throughout the production floor.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
- Must be able to pass all new hire screenings
