3rd Shift Wash Plant Operator
 
Debbie's Staffing is looking for a 3rd Shift Wash Plant Operator for our client located in Winston Salem, NC.
 
Hours: 10:00pm – 6:00am Monday-Friday (Weekends depending on production)
 
Pay rate: $18.50 per hour, Weekly Pay! Temp-to-hire!

JOB SUMMARY: The Wash Plant Operator is responsible for operating the wash plant and related processes that clean, dry, and move critical parts—specifically rotors and stators—ensuring all parts are prepared for the next stage of manufacturing or storage.

Job Responsibilities
 
  • Follow processes and procedures that ensure the accurate and timely transfer of all Rotor/Stators.
  • Aids production by washing/drying critical components.
  • Collects and delivers material to EC production in accordance with CNC production schedule.
  • Maintain records, chemical analysis, run the washing machine, conduct machine maintenance.
  • Ensure the accurate processing of all parts.
  • Stay in constant communication with CNC Supervisor.
  • Ability to obtain a forklift license and operate both a sit-down and standup forklift.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
 
 
Requirements
  • Excellent attendance
  • Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled facility
  • Ability to stand on concrete for the entire shift.
  • Ability to lift (50–70 lbs.), bend, stoop, and walk throughout the production floor.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
  • Must be able to pass all new hire screenings
