3rd Shift Utility Production Associate
 
Debbie's Staffing is looking for a 3rd Shift Utility Production Associate for our client located in Winston Salem, NC.
 
Hours: 10:00pm – 6:00am Monday-Friday (Weekends depending on production)
 
Pay rate: $18.50 per hour, Weekly Pay! Temp-to-hire!

JOB SUMMARY: The Utility Production Associate ensures finished assembled products are properly organized, palletized, securely strapped, and moved to designated staging areas for final review by the warehouse team. This role also provides support to the assembly team during high-volume periods or as needed.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Receive finished products at the end of the assembly line and organize them onto pallets by product type or order.
  • Securely strap products to pallets using proper tools and techniques to ensure safe transport.
  • Move strapped pallets to designated staging areas for inspection and processing by warehouse or shipping teams.
  • Ensure pallets are properly tagged or identified according to procedure.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, including end-of-line and staging areas.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure smooth product flow and handoffs.
  • Assist assembly team with tasks as needed.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines during assembly or product handling.
  • Use hand tools and basic equipment as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
 
Requirements
  • Excellent attendance, must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled facility
  • Experience with pallet strapping tools and manual pallet jacks (or willingness to learn).
  • Ability to stand on concrete for the entire shift.
  • Ability to lift (50–70 lbs.), bend, stoop, and walk throughout the production floor.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when needed and able to pass all new hire screenings
