3rd Shift Quality Line Inspector CNC
Debbie's Staffing is looking for a 3rd Shift Quality Line Inspector CNC for our client located in Winston Salem, NC.
Hours: 10:00pm – 6:00am Monday-Friday (Weekends depending on production)
Pay rate: $18.50 per hour, Weekly Pay! Temp-to-hire!

JOB SUMMARY: The Quality Line Inspector – CNC ensures that machined components and assemblies produced on CNC equipment meet defined quality and dimensional standards. This role performs in-process, first-piece, and final inspections of CNC parts using precision measurement tools, collaborates with machinists and production teams to resolve quality issues, and helps uphold ISO and internal quality requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of CNC machined parts and assemblies to verify conformity with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Perform in-process, first article, and final inspections on parts produced by CNC mills and lathes.
- Use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, go/no-go gauges, and other quality tools.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed inspection logs and quality records.
- Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities to appropriate production and quality leads.
- Work closely with CNC machinists, operators and engineering teams to communicate quality feedback and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and internal procedures.
Assist with process documentation, inspection checklist development, and quality audits as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in quality inspection, preferably in a CNC machining or manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and work instructions.
- Skilled in using precision measuring tools to verify part tolerances and features.
- Familiarity with quality systems and ISO standards a plus.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and walk throughout the facility
- Ability to pass all new hire screenings
