Inventory Clerk
 
Debbie's Staffing is looking for an Inventory Clerk for our client located in Rural Hall, NC.
 
Schedule: 3:00m-11:00pm Monday through Friday. Must be able to work overtime as requested.
 
Pay: $19.00 per hour, Weekly Pay and Direct Deposit!

Job Summary: Candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels by performing regular counts, tracking materials, and updating inventory systems. Ensure all products and materials are correctly documented, stored, and readily accessible to support production and warehouse operations. 
 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counts and audits.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory errors, damaged goods, or missing items.
  • Update inventory records in the warehouse management or ERP system.
  • Track and document incoming and outgoing inventory movements.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or overages to management.
  • Label and organize inventory to maintain a clean, efficient warehouse layout.
  • Assist with cycle counts and year-end physical inventory.
  • Collaborate with shipping/receiving, production, and purchasing teams to ensure proper inventory flow.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
   
 
Position Requirements:
  • 1+ year of inventory or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience with inventory management software or WMS/ERP systems a plus.
  • Strong math, data entry, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must pass all new hire screenings
  • Perform other duties assigned.
