2nd Shift Standup Forklift Driver
 
Debbie's Staffing is looking for a 2nd Shift Standup Forklift Driver for our client located in Winston-Salem, NC.
 
Hours: 3:00pm – 11:30pm Monday- Friday (Overtime as requested by Client)
 
Pay rate: $17.60 per hour, Weekly Pay!

JOB SUMMARY: The Standup Forklift Driver Responsible for operating a stand-up forklift to move, store, and retrieve materials throughout the warehouse. Duties include loading and unloading trucks, transporting pallets, picking orders, using RF scanners to track inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to perform general warehouse tasks as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Operating a stand-up reach truck or forklift to move pallets and materials. 
  • Loading and unloading trucks. 
  • Pulling orders and putting products away in warehouse racks. 
  • Using RF scanners or warehouse systems to track inventory. 
  • Staging materials for shipping and production. 
  • Performing daily equipment safety checks. 
  • Keeping the warehouse clean and organized. 
  • Lifting boxes or cases (often up to 45–50 lbs) when needed.
 
Requirements
  •  Must have minimum if 6 months experience operating a stand-up forklift within the last 2 years.
  •  Sit down forklift experience is a plus
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Able to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift 
  • Willingness to perform general warehouse duties as needed 
  • Commitment to following all safety procedures and company policies
  • Flexibility to work overtime when needed and able to pass all new hire screenings
  • Must follow PPE policy. (Steal toes shoes is a must)
