Debbie’s Staffing is now recruiting for Warehouse Positions located in Reidsville, NC!
Schedule: 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am (2 days one week, 5 days next week and so on,)
Pay: $16.00 per hour. Weekly Pay!

INK TECHNICIAN
SUMMARY
Under general supervision of the Ink Department Lead an Ink Technician participants as a member of the overall Press Team in the preparation of inks, solvents, and varnish to customer specifications, filling and replenishing supplies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- According to company policies and procedures prepares production equipment such as dispensing ink, varnish, solvent,s and ink pumps.
- Verifies if solvents are sufficient, assembles pumps to specifications, and identify drum covers according to press unit, color, and ink number.
- Keep all pumps in good condition.
- Mix inks and solvents specifications filling and replenishing supplies as required.
- Replenish and adjust ink supply to press.
- Maintain consistency and color and viscosity.
- Responsible for maintaining inventory of consignment and work off inks completing all necessary paperwork to ensure able supplies.
- Ensure ink viscosity is correctly timing flow for test cup according to standard.
- Observe performance of ink and give feedback to appropriate personnel.
- Weighs and measures according to formula components for correct color pigment, prepares new batches when necessary.
- Assist press crew when required.
- Ensure all required paperwork is processed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Responsible for cleanup of ink dispensing equipment and general housekeeping of all work areas.
- Performs all tasks in accordance with safe work practices.
- Follows all PPE according to company requirements.
- Support all 9001 standards and quality objectives.
- Understand the OHSC obligations, actively support the policy and implement the guiding principles in everyday activities.
- Complies with GMP, HACCP Food Safety requirements and chain of custody program requirements.
- Load and Unload Trucks.
REQUIREMENTS
- high school diploma or GED.
- Print making experience a plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs is required.
- Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, bending and or reaching, kneeling crouching reaching with hands and arms hearing and speaking.
- Manual Dexterity with hands is required.
- Must be visually attentive to details.
- Must be able to rotate shifts as required and be available to work 12hr shifts as well as Overtime.
