Debbie's Staffing is looking for a Molding Machine Operator in Winston Salem, NC.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:00am-3:30pm, must be able to work 6:30am-4:30pm Monday – Friday depending on client needs.
Pay rate: $16.00 per hour, Weekly Pay!

JOB SUMMARY: The Molding Machine Operator is responsible for understanding the basic operation of molding machines and all supporting equipment. After completing training, the operator will be able to run molding machines, interpret common machine error messages, and restart production after resolving issues. This role will also assist the Molding Set-Up Technician when needed and ensure all production documentation and safety procedures are followed.
Job Responsibilities:
· Operate molding machines and related equipment after completing training.
· Interpret common machine error messages and resolve minor operational issues.
· Assist the Molding Set-Up Person or Technician when needed.
· Perform reel changes as required.
· Handle materials including raw materials and finished products.
· Grind runners and mix virgin materials with regrind when required.
· Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
· Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections to ensure production standards are met.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all housekeeping standards.
· Ensure all equipment guards and safety devices are functioning properly.
· Use basic hand tools and measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
Requirements
· Must be able to pass all new hire screenings.
· Must be able to lift 50lbs.
· Minimum 6 months of machine operator experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment within the last 2 years.
· Ability to use common hand tools and measuring instruments.
· Willingness to complete hands-on training with a qualified operator.
