Job Description
Debbie’s Staffing is recruiting a Tumbler Operator for our client located in Mooresville, NC!
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm.
Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay! Temp to Hire!
Essential Functions:
- Setup tumble machines, regulating speed, and monitoring operation to prevent malfunctions or quality issues.
- Routine maintenance of the tumbling equipment is key for maintaining operational efficiency and product consistency.
- Must remove all burrs and other imperfections from parts as instructed.
- Wash parts with proper care.
- Count parts.
- Use hand tools and small power tools.
- Use magnification equipment in conjunction with hand tools.
- Inspect the quality of finished parts.
- Other duties as assigned
Successful Candidate Qualifications:
- Must be organized and focused
- High level of concentration required at all times
- Must be detail-oriented to ensure quality
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to take direction and follow instructions as written
- Able to write descriptions and/or short reports of daily tasks & findings
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
