Essential Functions:
 
  • Operates controls for palletizer machinery in accordance with prints and specifications.
  • Ensures all materials are correct based on the production schedule for all products being packaged.
  • Monitors and inspect all areas of machinery to identify and detect defective packaging.
  • Conduct inspection on empty pallets and materials to ensure compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
  • Adheres to all health, food safety, HAACP, allergen, sanitation standard operation procedures and good manufacturing practices.
  • Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment.
  • Fills out required paperwork accurately.
  • Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
  • Other duties as assigned
     
Successful Candidate Qualifications:
 
  • Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods, working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entrail frequent bending and stooping.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs at a time.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
 
Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
